Our Services
The medical management and care of our aged care residents is being led by a team of Specialists, who consider all aspects of health and wellbeing when providing holistic care, including the physical, emotional and psychological condition of each individual.
Environmental Services
Our team of experienced environmental services staff have received a comprehensive program of training to work in our current environment, including how to don and doff (put on and take off) Personal Protective Equipment safely and effectively, in accordance with DHHS guidelines and our Infection Control consultant’s direction which is based upon best practice.
Food Services
Our on-site kitchen produces breakfast, lunch and dinner and snacks in between.
We provide a range of meals which are tailored to the preference and dietary requirements of each individual including, but not limited to, texture modified, vegetarian and gluten free.
Patients are offered a choice of up to 12 meal choices each day. In fact it’s possible to have a roast dinner for lunch and dinner - every day of the week!

Medical Management and Care
Our team of dedicated and motivated staff and doctors have chosen to join us out of a shared passion for providing care when it is needed most … right now. Our trained team will do its utmost to ensure the safety, wellness and continuity of care of everyone we care for.
We recognise that this is an anxious time for patients, their families and loved ones and so we focus on ensuring that there is regular communication to and between everyone, as far as possible. By using social media we enable those within the hospital, including the patients, nurses and doctors, to communicate with those who are external to the hospital. We provide periodic updates and welcome enquiries 24/7 by calling (03) 9422 4444. Regrettably visitors are not permitted at this time.
Wherever possible patients are encouraged to use their own personal device if they have one. When required we provide access to a hospital iPad which has a range of social media applications, by placing it in a disposable and sealable zip-lock bag which is discarded after each patient’s use. The iPad also includes Foxtel on the Go, Netflix and other media apps for those that have memberships.
Nursing Team
Our team brings together nurses from different states, from acute care, specialty care and aged care, and those with only a few years in nursing to those that have a lifetime of nursing behind them.
Under the leadership of our CEO/Director of Clinical Services and our Nurse Unit Manager the team have completed a comprehensive program of training in a new environment. They have access to state-of-the-art technology and a wealth of support from everyone across Healthe Care Australia and Luye Medical.
Team Epping
What makes our team special is that in a short space of time, a group of individuals, most of whom have not worked together before, have through a carefully structured program of orientation, induction and training become a cohesive team – Team Epping!
All our staff have volunteered to work at our hospital during this challenging and uncertain time and are committed to ensure that every aged care resident receives an exceptional experience, founded on high quality care.
